 Dave Tanner

Dave Tanner has been a full time entertainer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 1970. He has entertained three U.S. Presidents, European Royalty, business leaders from four continents, and six Texas governors.

Dave Tanner’s eight films as an actor include Oscar-winning “The Trip to Bountiful.” He has worked in over 300 radio and TV commercials. Dave was a researcher for “Paul Harvey’s The Rest of the Story.” Children knew him as Barney the Dinosaur’s friend, “Farmer Dooley”

Please join us at our July Program for something fun and different. Let’s sit back and be entertained by Dave as he sings, plays keyboard and takes us down memory lane. 1962 was a year filled with great memories and great music, it’s the year Tom Cruise was born and Marilyn Monroe died. Come and hear all of the highlights of 1962, whether they are your memories or that of watching your parents dance the Mashed Potato and Locomotion!
