This Photo by Unknown Author is licensed under CC BY-SA | Whether you’ve just moved to the area or you’re a long-time resident, we hope you’ll become part of Newcomer Friends of Greater Plano – NFGP.Membership is open to anyone in the Greater Plano area which includes Plano, Allen, The Colony, Frisco, Fairview, Garland, McKinney, North Dallas, Prosper, Richardson, and beyond. You don’t need to be a newcomer to join – many established residents discover NFGP when they retire, move to a new neighborhood, or have a change in their lives. Everyone is welcome. Our annual membership fee is $50. Our membership year runs from June 1 – May 31 but new members are welcome anytime. New members who join in the last half of our membership year (between January 1 and May 31) will pay a discounted rate of $25. |
| Try Us Out - 30 Days Trial MembershipIf you first want to learn more about the club and see if NFGP is right for you before joining, you are welcome to try any of our activities as a guest for 30 days. | Member Only BenefitsOnce we receive your application and payment, you will receive a confirmation email and a welcome letter providing you with instructions for accessing the “Members Only” section of our website where you will find information only available to members such as our monthly online newsletter, Member Directory, monthly activity calendar, club governance documents and more. | Access to Unlimited Member EventsOur Activity Calendar is only accessible to NFGP members and is updated monthly. By clicking on the Activity Calendar tab, members can view what is currently being offered and when. Members can RSVP to attend as many activities as they wish to attend. The Activity Leader for each activity you hope to attend confirms attendance and sends details. |

| Member Directory to Connect with New FriendsOnce a member, you will be able to access the member directory on the website with contact information for all members. You will receive instructions on how to download the Phone App for mobile access to our Member Directory. |

Apply OnlineComplete the Online Member Application forms with online payment of dues as directed. | Print and MailComplete the Print Member Application forms and send along with your check to the address on the form. Checks should be made payable to “Newcomer Friends of Greater Plano”. | In PersonBring your completed printed Member Application forms, with your check to a monthly Program Meeting and give it to a club officer at the meeting. |
